Assessments
I conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each child’s unique strengths and areas of vulnerability, allowing us to develop an intervention plan that supports them in reaching their full potential. My approach is collaborative and holistic, working closely with educators and families to gain insight into how a child learns, functions, and engages within their academic environment.
The assessment process includes a parent intake, teacher consultation, approximately two days of assessment (typically two hours per day, paced according to the child’s needs), a feedback meeting with parents, and the provision of both a summary and comprehensive report. I also offer a teacher feedback meeting to ensure alignment of support strategies across home and school settings, fostering consistency and meaningful progress for the individual.

Psychotherapy
I offer psychotherapy grounded in both mental health and educational expertise, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused principles within a systemic framework. My approach prioritises equipping individuals and their families with practical strategies that foster resilience, insight, and long-term growth.
Collaboration is central to my work. I engage closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure that support remains consistent across home, school, and social environments. Through this integrated model, I aim to facilitate meaningful change and empower individuals to reach their full potential in all spheres of their lives.

Workshops
I believe that a child’s success is deeply influenced by the systems that support them—schools, families, and the broader community. To strengthen these systems, I offer a range of workshops for parents, educators, and groups with specific needs. These workshops focus on building practical skills, enhancing collaboration, and fostering shared understanding so that all stakeholders can work toward mutual goals.
My process includes consulting with schools or organisations to understand their unique challenges and areas of need. I then design and facilitate sessions that equip participants with relevant knowledge, tools, and strategies, while creating a supportive space where individuals feel heard and empowered.
In addition to workshop facilitation, I have been actively involved in policy development that promotes tailored, effective support. I also collaborate with schools on the development and implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs), Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), ensuring that intervention strategies are meaningful, consistent, and aligned with each learner’s needs.

Supervision
I provide supervision to intern psychologists and qualified psychologists seeking to further develop their skills in psychotherapy and psychoeducational assessment. My supervision approach is grounded in reflective practice, professional curiosity, and a commitment to ongoing growth—elements I value and pursue within my own career through workshops, supervision, and collaboration with colleagues.
I believe that updating, refining, and sharing knowledge is essential to maintaining the highest standard of care and ensuring that clients’ best interests remain central to our work. I take pride in supporting practitioners on both their professional and personal development journeys, offering a supportive space where skills, insight, and confidence can deepen meaningfully.
